DEPOSIT: No deposit is required during non-holiday periods.
PAYMENT: Payment required the day before the date of your dog’s holiday. Payment can be made via internet transfer or if cash (has to be paid on arrival, please inform me prior).
REFUNDS: No refunds will be given for early pickups, or transferable as credit for another stay (DURING HOLIDAY PERIODS). But outside these time frames, if prior arrangement has been made, a credit can be given to be used up within six months of the previous stay, otherwise that credit is null and void.
DISCOUNT POLICY: Discounts are not given for stays under six weeks. Hip Hound Holidays is a personalised service on the Central Coast, value for money, exclusive holiday care, catering for dogs in select numbers and therefore are not able to offer discounts. Discounts for long terms stay over six weeks will be given at the discretion of Hip Hound Holidays.

BALANCE: BALANCE PAYMENT REQUIRED A WEEK BEFORE THE DATE OF YOUR DOG’S HOLIDAY. PAYMENT CAN BE MADE VIA INTERNET TRANSFER OR IF CASH, (HAS TO BE PAID ON ARRIVAL, PLEASE MAKE PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS BEFORE HAND)
CANCELLATIONS: YOU WILL LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT PAID TO SECURE THE BOOKING. ONCE FULL PAYMENT MADE, IF CANCELLATION LESS THAN 7 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL THERE WILL BE NO REFUND.
